Yesterday, a company we had booked for our celebration fell through, Laken Inflatables could not have been more accommodating and help us out without hesitation. We are so very grateful to them. 100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away! Really nice friendly people, great attention to detail, nothing too much trouble. Hired an adult bouncy castle it was brilliant so much fun, would recommend!

We hired the 3d dinosaur bouncy castle with slide for my son’s 5th birthday party. Everybody loved the bouncy castle and kept the children entertained throughout the party. From booking through to delivery, the process was faultless. Receiving emails three days before the delivery date was such a good touch, as it took away the stress and worry regarding delivery. A lot of variety to choose from. Hired both of the assault courses now great way to knacker the children out lol had loads of fun and never got bored of it. Quick and easy to book, Great communication from Sophie, lovely people who deliver and sets up, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend and will use laken inflatables for all our future hires. 😊
