From booking through to delivery, the process was faultless. Receiving emails three days before the delivery date was such a good touch, as it took away the stress and worry regarding delivery. We hired the unicorn castle, brilliant quality and super sparkly! Jay and Sophie are so friendly and were so patient with my son who was desperate to help put the castle away. We have hired a lot of bouncy castles over the years and this was by far the best quality castle we have had and the best service. Highly recommend, we will definitely be using again.
