My son had a joint party with his friend today (14th July) and me and my friend definitely got our moneys worth as there wasn't a time where a child wasn't playing with the equipment for 3 hours! We hired the mermaid bouncy castle today and it been a pleasure from start to finish with Laken Infatables. Very easy to order online, quick response from them personally with any inquiries. 100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away!
