100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away! A lot of variety to choose from. Hired both of the assault courses now great way to knacker the children out lol had loads of fun and never got bored of it. Quick and easy to book, Great communication from Sophie, lovely people who deliver and sets up, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend and will use laken inflatables for all our future hires. 😊
