We used Laken inflatables yesterday on New Years Eve for my sons birthday, I’ll be honest I don’t usually write reviews but we had outstanding service from start to finish so felt I needed to! I emailed a few companies a couple of months ago and from their response we knew this was the company we needed to go through, very friendly, professional and they offer fantastic products and service! 100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away! Thank you Laken Inflatables for your amazing service on both occasions and we shall definitely using you again in the future.
