Absolutely amazing company! Cannot fault them on anything. Not only was the bouncy castle an absolute hit with the kiddos, it was also definitely the best price for the entertainment! I’m just glad that I found them on google on what I thought was short notice but they were very accommodating with the amount of bouncy castles they have that I had a lot of options. Amazing and very helpful crew. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again:)

100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away! We booked the unicorn castle with slide, didi cars, unicorn hoppers, pink slide & a ball pool. Laken inflatables were absolutely amazing! All the kids had so much fun! They were amazing & quick at putting it up & also away! The communication was also amazing from them! I had so many questions & they were always there to help! I highly recommend, & definitely be back to book again! Thankyou so so much for making my daughters day even more special!

Hired the unicorn platinum package for my 4 year olds party . All equipment clean and well looked after . Friendly staff . Would recommend and use again

Great value package deal for child’s birthday. We all enjoyed the nerf theme and had plenty of time to bounce! Set up and pick up was quick and the team were friendly. Would definitely use again!
