Absolutely amazing company! Cannot fault them on anything. Not only was the bouncy castle an absolute hit with the kiddos, it was also definitely the best price for the entertainment! I’m just glad that I found them on google on what I thought was short notice but they were very accommodating with the amount of bouncy castles they have that I had a lot of options. Amazing and very helpful crew. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again:)

100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away! Thank you Laken Inflatables for your amazing service on both occasions and we shall definitely using you again in the future.
